Thank you for visiting us at the Associations Forum National Conference.

It was a pleasure meeting with you and we’re glad you’ve found your way here. Your seed cards are a token of our belief that relationships are the most important factor when delivering a successful conference, and we look to nurture the client/supplier relationship as you would a new seedling or plant to deliver a successful outcome.

We supplied you with seeds for Thyme and Chamomile as a representation of the time we can save you using our years of experience and industry knowledge and connections, and the calming influence we bring to the table when managing the conference organisation process.

So, let’s get planting and start growing together!

Tips for growing your Thyme:

  1. Choose a sunny spot with well drained soil.
  2. Place card into a soil raising mix or straight into the ground, covering lightly with more soil.
  3. Soak card with water until soft then water regularly to keep the soil and paper moist.
  4. Germination should take place in 10 – 15 days.
  5. As seedlings grow, spread out to roughly 25cm apart.
  6. Make sure your plant has plenty of drainage but don’t overwater, thyme is a resilient plant and thrives in drought-like conditions.
  7. Pick leaves and prune back regularly to encourage more growth.

Tips on growing and harvesting Chamomile:

  1. Choose a pot at least 20cm wide and deep. Position in full sun to light shade.
  2. Fill the chosen pots with quality potting mix.
  3. To plant, place card into a soil raising mix or straight into the ground., covering lightly with more soil.
  4. Soak card with water until soft then water regularly to keep the soil and paper moist.
  5. Germination should take place in 10 – 15 days.
  6. Once the seedlings have grown at least 5cm, place a light layer of organic mulch, such as bark chips, sugar cane or pea straw around the base of the plant.
  7. Feed every 1 to 2 weeks.
  8. Once the plant has flowered and petals are slightly droopy, snip off individual buds.
  9. Dry the flower heads for 1-2 weeks then you’re ready to brew your own Chamomile tea.
